As a Brand
We think differently - a good example of that is the fact that all of us (our management and employees) own the company together. We share our future in an Employee Ownership Trust that holds the bulk of the shares on behalf of all. We have Employee Directors on both the Trust and the Company Boards.
Because everyone you deal with (and everyone who does something for you) owns the company, we all ‘go that extra mile’ to make sure you’re happy.
When asked, our customers often use the word ‘partnership’ to describe their relationship with us (it comes up again and again in our customer satisfaction research). We like to think this is because we all understand that successful customer relationships are about people working together with respect, consideration, fellowship and a genuine shared interest in a quality outcome.
So, you won't be surprised to learn that our partnership starts with you........ we want to know your goals, challenges, opportunities, requirements, aspirations, expectations and how you like your coffee. Then, armed with this understanding, our Technical, Design, Development, Planning, Manufacturing and Installation teams will start thinking about the solutions that would work best for you.
Because we all own the business, each and every one of us is directly responsible for ensuring we do all we can to help you successfully achieve your designs, budgets and targets for retail refurbishment and transformation. Many years ago we made a commitment to avoid using vinyl (PVC) wherever possible. As a result, we have developed a suite of PVC-free laminates, films, boards and textiles for use in the retail and transport industries. We are also proud to generate our own power and to hold the environmental ISO 14001 accreditation.
