Its simple and easy to get started with Novograf. We are fully equipped to handle everything from initial graphic design and materials selection to Project Management. To kick things off just requires a conversation. And if you have a flagship location to go and look at, a set of design drawings, or even a simple sketch, we can start to work up a proposal from there.


Project Management

From small estates to national store roll-outs, Novograf has the experience and expertise to make it happen. Our national network of project managers handles the day to day running of any project to ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget. We average more than 5,000 installations per year. The latest communication software ensures constant communication and effective reporting throughout each project. We can send completion reports, or site issues, to your desk from anywhere in the country, ready for review, first thing every morning.

Site Survey

Our expert surveyors carry out site visits to gain a thorough understanding of your project so we are able to recommend the exact product specifications required to fulfill your needs. Materials are often supplied pre-cut from our factory and ready to install so our teams can start work immediately when they arrive on site.

design & Artwork Development

Revive or re-purpose an under-performing area, or develop a brand-responsible concept for something new in your estate - all within your brand guidelines.

Our Retail Design Department develops roll-out ready designs, from concept through to installation, that work economically and efficiently in your environment. Designed with cost-effective materials in mind, our designs are ‘ready to go’.

We don’t want to redesign your estate, far from it. Working with your design deck or guide, our supplementary design service is here to help you revive or re-purpose an under-performing area, or to develop a brand-responsible concept for something new you are thinking of adding to your estate.

All of our designs are developed under the discipline of Brand Realization which always asks, “is it effective, is it efficient, is it economical?” Our aim is to save you time and money when we realize your brand’s look & feel.  

Our in-house artwork origination team starts with your conceptual designs to create 'site ready' solutions, ensuring artwork generation is practical and cost effective. Using the latest design software, we will amend your artwork to suit the site survey information so that we retain and enhance your brand and corporate message.

Store planning

Our in-house CAD team uses your scheming rules alongside store CAD plans to interpret your brand and apply it to each layout. We strictly follow your brand guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all stores nationwide. We work closely with you through this process, ensuring we have your approval before we manufacture any materials.

Bespoke Manufacturing and Designs

We can reproduce large scale solid colours, exquisite photography, realistic wood or stone effects and emulate textured metallic finishes. There is no limit to the effects we can create.

All materials are manufactured to the exact specifications required, using the latest techniques and our innovative manufacturing methods. The manufacturing process includes accurate colour matching of materials to meet the requirements of your brand guidelines. Quality management procedures ensure maximum performance and optimum longevity of the finished product.


At the installation stage you will see the results of your project brief. Our skilled teams install the complete brand and surface refresh solution, transforming the appearance of your stores ‘overnight’. All of our fitters are fully trained and hold the following certificates:

  • CSCS (Construction Skills Health and Safety)
  • PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association)
  • IPAF (International Powered Access Federation)
  • UKPIA/SPA Petrol Retail Contractors Safety Passport
  • Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Novograf will provide full risk and method statements for your environment and ensure full appropriate PPE is worn. Novograf is a member of the Safe Contractor Scheme, Constructionline, Altius and the Considerate Contractors Scheme.

Quality Auditing

Although every project is guaranteed by our own lifecycle support, we also carry out quality audits. This means jobs are checked after completion to make sure they meet our own rigorous standards, thus ensuring you receive a premium, quality service.

Stock Holding

We have large warehouse areas for pick and pack distribution of whole store refurbishment kits for immediate call off. This means minimal lead times which enable us to manufacture in bulk and pass on the savings generated by the economies of scale.
