Be Inspired

When asked, our customers often use the word ‘partnership’ to describe their relationship with us
(it comes up again and again in our customer satisfaction research). We like to think this is because we all understand that successful customer relationships are about “people working together with respect, consideration, fellowship and a genuine shared interest in a quality outcome”.

"Any issues they sort them out. They are very pro-active and take a real pride in getting things right."

“They make a huge difference to us, making our jobs a lot easier. I think we’re their biggest fans.”
"We’re always impatient as turnaround times are very important – Novograf are quick. Also Novograf installation is quick and this speeds the whole process up."
"Definitely a partnership with Novograf as they help us on design to save money later."

"We always go to them first as they always have ideas which inform our thinking."
"Novograf are very pro-active in the way they manage work. Good communicators and keep us in the loop on progress."
"The Novograf Team have created various product iterations based on our specifications so you quickly become partners, working on designs, to-ing and fro-ing ideas."
"It’s basically about having a can-do attitude, something I think Novograf are very good at. It’s why I don’t think twice about picking up the phone to speak to them – always a positive response."
"Novograf are absolutely brilliant with the speed of their turnarounds. Internally we have 3-4 week lead times but Novograf will do similar things in a week. Very good indeed."

What They Say

Over the last 30+ years we have built very strong relationships with our customers. From our on-going customer consultations and our in-depth customer survey, we have received many very positive comments (some of which are shown here). We have not attributed the above comments to any particular individual or company for reasons of confidentiality, but the veracity of these quotes can be confirmed on request by Edinburgh based research company Scotinform.
