Natwest

The customer's brief

In 1968 National Provincial Bank and Westminster Bank merged as National Westminster Bank. Together these banks could trace their history back down the centuries to the 1650s. Natwest is now part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group and a high street name across the UK.

novograf developed Natwest's strong recognisable branding into a range of surface solutions, from ATM surrounds and quick deposit areas, to wall surfaces behind pay in counters.

The novograf solution

novograf offered Natwest a full service from site survey to installation and project management. novograf used one of its most popular surface solutions, its innovative and self manufactured material, lamigraf™.

This exceptionally hardwearing material can be printed with any graphic or colour, or to replicate any surface. lamigraf™ has a great print surface which carried Natwest's messages clearly for the customers to view. lamigraf's™ scratch and impact resistant surface protected the graphics and colours thanks to novograf's unique manufacturing technique and sub surface printing.

novograf produced and stocked the graphics required by Natwest for immediate installation. As each branch was refurbished novograf's installation teams moved in and completed fitting in only a few hours.

Results

This resurfacing has now been extended and rolled-out for RBS and Ulster Bank sites, using their own corporate colours and messages. It is also being rolled out to more than 1000 Natwest branches throughout the UK.
